Tibetan health center eye 5 exercises. Eye of rebirth - Tibetan gymnastics

I got acquainted with the practice of “Eye of the Renaissance” (“Five Tibetan Pearls”, “Five Tibetans”) in 2009. At one time I did them regularly, then I quit, resumed again and quit. Restarted again three months ago. And for all this time I have accumulated a certain experience of its implementation.

There is no consensus regarding the origin of the Eye of the Renaissance practice. Someone considers it a secret esoteric knowledge, the bearers of which were Tibetan lamas, and believes that it transforms not only the physical, but also other, non-material human bodies. Accordingly, the exercises are called rituals or ritual actions. Others do not see anything supernatural in it, just a very effective set of exercises that significantly improves well-being. All Oka exercises are taken from yoga and are widely known for their effectiveness. Be that as it may, but with a reasonable performance, the "Eye of the Renaissance" really helps to significantly improve health.

In total, there are five exercises in the main complex. They are described in Peter Kelder's book The Eye of the Renaissance. Rejuvenation Secrets. Ancient practice of Tibetan lamas” (other variants of the name are possible). The book can be easily downloaded from the Internet.

EXERCISE 1

Stand up straight with your arms extended horizontally to the sides at shoulder level. Then you need to start rotating around its axis clockwise. Breathing is voluntary.

EXERCISE 2

The starting position for the second exercise is the supine position. Stretching your arms along the body and pressing your palms with tightly connected fingers to the floor, you need to raise your head, firmly pressing your chin to your sternum. After that, raise straight legs vertically upwards, while trying not to tear the pelvis off the floor. If you can, lift your legs not just vertically up, but even further “onward” - until the pelvis begins to lift off the floor. The main thing at the same time is not to bend your knees. Then slowly lower your head and legs to the floor. Relax all the muscles and then repeat the action again.

In this ritual action, coordination of movements with breathing is of great importance. At the very beginning, you need to exhale, completely ridding the lungs of air. While raising the head and legs, one should take a smooth, but very deep and full breath, while lowering - the same exhalation. If you are tired and decide to rest a little between repetitions, try to breathe in the same rhythm as during the movement. The deeper the breath, the more effective the practice.

EXERCISE 3

The starting position for the third exercise is the kneeling position. The knees should be placed at a distance of the width of the pelvis from one another, so that the hips are strictly vertical. The palms of the hands lie on the back of the thigh muscles just under the buttocks. Then you should tilt your head forward, pressing your chin to the sternum. Throwing the head back - up, we stick out the chest and bend the spine back, resting our hands a little on the hips, after which we return to the starting position with the chin pressed to the sternum.

This exercise requires strict coordination of movements with the rhythm of breathing. At the very beginning, you should take a deep and complete exhalation. Bending back, you need to inhale, returning to the starting position - exhale. We offer to transfer all attention during the exercise to breathing and sensations in your body, you can keep your eyes closed.

EXERCISE 4

To perform the fourth exercise, you need to sit on the floor with straight legs stretched out in front of you with feet located approximately shoulder-width apart. Having straightened the spine, put your palms with closed fingers on the floor on the sides of the buttocks. The fingers should be pointing forward. Lower your head forward, pressing your chin to your sternum. Then tilt your head back as far as possible - up, and then - raise your torso forward to a horizontal position. In the final phase, the thighs and torso should be in the same horizontal plane, and the shins and arms should be vertical, like the legs of a table. Having reached this position, you need to strongly strain all the muscles of the body for a few seconds, and then relax and return to the starting position with your chin pressed to your chest. Then - repeat all over again.

And here the key aspect is breathing. First you need to exhale. Rising and throwing back your head - take a deep, smooth breath. During tension - hold your breath, and lowering - exhale completely. During the rest between repetitions, maintain a constant breathing rhythm. We offer to transfer all attention during the exercise to breathing and sensations in your body, you can keep your eyes closed.

EXERCISE 5

The starting position for the fifth exercise is the emphasis lying down, bending over. In this case, the body rests on the palms and pads of the toes. The knees and pelvis do not touch the floor. The hands are oriented strictly forward with fingers closed together. The distance between the palms is slightly wider than the shoulders. The distance between the feet is the same. We start by throwing our head back as far as possible - up. Then we move to a position in which the body resembles an acute angle, with the apex pointing upwards. At the same time, with the movement of the neck, we press the head with the chin to the sternum. At the same time, we try to keep the legs straight, and the straight arms and torso are in the same plane. Then the body will be, as it were, folded in half at the hip joints. After that, we return to the starting position - lying down, bending over - and start all over again.

The breathing pattern in this exercise is somewhat unusual. Starting with a full exhalation in the lying position, bending over, you need to take a deep breath, as far as possible, while “folding” the body in half. Returning to point-blank range, bending over, exhale fully. Stopping at extreme points to perform a tense pause, hold your breath for a few seconds, respectively, after inhalation and after exhalation. We offer to transfer all attention during the exercise to breathing and sensations in your body, you can keep your eyes closed.

NUMBER OF REPETITIONS

You need to start with three repetitions of each exercise (no more). Every week, add two repetitions, eventually bringing the number of repetitions of each exercise to 21. It is better to perform the exercises in the morning, on an empty stomach. You can break the complex into 2 (morning and evening) or 3 approaches. But every time do all the exercises. It is also not allowed to insert any other exercises into the complex. Just before or after.

PAUSE BETWEEN EXERCISES AND BREATHING

You need to pause between exercises. Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart, hands on the belt, thumbs forward. On inhalation, imagine how pure energy (prana) enters the body, on exhalation - how dirty energy leaves. Take a few breaths, then proceed to the next exercise of the complex.
Throughout the entire complex, you need to strive to maintain the same rhythm of breathing.

SAVASANA

After the complex, it is recommended to do a relaxation exercise, for example, lie down in the Shavasana pose.
Technique: Lie on your back on the floor, legs extended, arms along the body. Take a deep breath and strongly tighten the muscles of the whole body. Exhale. Without relaxing, take a few full breaths. Close your eyes and relax, letting your hands rest freely, palms up, at some distance from your hips and spreading your legs one and a half shoulder-width apart.

Carefully monitor the condition of the muscles of all parts of the body in the following order: legs from the fingertips to the hip joints, arms from the fingertips to the shoulder joints, torso from the crotch to the neck, neck to the base of the skull, head. Viewing the head in the following sequence: back of the head - crown - lateral surfaces and ears - cheeks - lips, tongue - nose - forehead - eyes. Relaxation of the forehead and eyes is a necessary condition; without this, it will not be possible to relax the body and “stop” the mind. While watching, you need to try to relieve tension where it is felt. A fairly effective technique is to view the main joints and relieve the feeling of tension in them. If it is possible to remove the feeling of tension in the joint, then all the muscles related to this joint relax by itself.

Breathing should first be quite deep, slow and rhythmic, then natural, and in the end it should be “let go”, allowing it to flow as it wishes. It is better to just forget about it. There are a huge number of techniques and meditation techniques that promote relaxation, but experience suggests that it is best for each person to find their own method of bringing the body and mind into a state of complete rest.

BREAK IN PRACTICE

Having started the practice of the “Eye of the Renaissance”, it is not recommended to quit it, a maximum break of one day is allowed. If more, then positive results can quickly go away. If, for one reason or another, there was a break, then again you need to start the complex with three repetitions of each exercise.

THE CORRECT PERFORMANCE OF THE EYE OF REGENERATION PRACTICE

A lot of videos have been posted on the Internet showing the exercises of the Tibetan Pearls. Before you get started, watch this video:

MY IMPRESSIONS ABOUT "EYE OF REVIVAL"

During the time I did (and did not do) the Eye of the Renaissance, I had certain thoughts about this practice. First of all, although I am an Orientalist, I am very skeptical about any supernatural matters, preferring not to invade the area in which I do not understand. Therefore, I prefer to explain the effect of the "Eye" in terms of physiology. Well, if there are other positive changes, the nature of which is incomprehensible to me - why not 🙂

On the Internet you can find a lot of both positive and negative reviews about this practice. My opinion is that the negative effect is primarily associated with forced exercise. Someone starts immediately with a large number of repetitions, someone strives to quickly move to the 21st repetition, quickly increasing the pace. My opinion - in no case should not be in a hurry. It is better to do less, but better.

Another captivating thing is that the complex is performed very quickly - 10-20 minutes with the full number of repetitions, depending on the pace. With our busy lives, this is a big plus.

I do these exercises in the morning after waking up. But first - a few floor exercises for warming up and light stretching - tilts, sips. Then the “Eye” itself goes much easier. After completing the Eye of the Renaissance complex of five exercises, I do several stretching exercises, and then take a shower (necessarily warm; after the Eye, a cold shower and cold in general are strictly prohibited), I do cosmetic procedures. After that, a light breakfast.

If I feel unwell, then I do either a pass or a smaller number of repetitions of each exercise. Here you need to feel yourself, in no case do not force, do not do it through force. I also made big gaps. For example, in the summer for a couple of months, when the "Eye" categorically did not go. There was a slight rollback - she began to gain weight and flexibility noticeably decreased. With the new beginning of the practice, almost all the negative moments are gone.

Many note that after the "Eye of the Renaissance" one feels heat and a surge of energy. I'm not an exception. Significantly increased endurance. I noticed that with greater ease I began to walk 5-8 km daily at a fast pace, it was freer to ride a horse (without the "Ok" there was no such lightness and endurance).

Perhaps the most difficult thing for me in the practice of the "Eye of the Renaissance" is to overcome my morning laziness. I still want to soak up in bed, or have breakfast right away, gradually “swaying”. However, as soon as I remember the effect of practice, I immediately want to do the exercises.

In general, my opinion about the "Eye of the Renaissance" is positive. The main thing is not to force and without fanaticism.

I would be glad to hear the feedback from those who practice the "Eye of the Renaissance" ("Five Tibetan Pearls").

I have difficulties with the 3rd exercise due to severe spasticity of the neck, but I did it myself, I didn’t do it, now I abandoned it again, it didn’t bring any benefit, there was no speech, and no, I couldn’t chew, I didn’t can.

I gave up a few years ago because of problems with my arm - I couldn’t do the 4th and 5th exercises, the pain was hellish. Although it was a pity - then the real results were. Then, when everything returned to normal, I started again. As for what “didn’t bring any benefit” - it seems to me that people overestimate the Eye, considering it almost a panacea. And it is just one of the practices, suitable for some, not for others.

Maria, I have been making the Eye for the eighth year now. A granddaughter was born and it turned out that I couldn’t lift the stroller to the second floor, but I had to ... and then I remembered that little book :-) two weeks later I carried the stroller to the second floor and even with my granddaughter: -0 but this is a lyric!
The first year was performed together with my daughter, she was recovering after childbirth, but I just really liked it. In the second year, she "unexpectedly" fell on the porch, badly bruised her ribs ... took a break from performing the Eye for almost two months. After that, I realized that breaks for more than 1-2 days cannot be done categorically. It was very difficult to retract ... then all sorts of sores began to come out :-) but they passed very easily and quickly. I decided that it was some kind of body cleansing ... however, even now my right wrist does not always allow me to perform the fifth movement. Yes, I put my heels on the floor on the fifth movement for almost a year, now it’s easy, well stretched ... By the way, at first I did the sixth according to Kelder ...
I got involved quite firmly, now there are breaks, if only there is nowhere to perform on the trip. But in this case, there is an opportunity to perform the complex mentally ... this is also good.
If we talk about the results, then the body was very tightened, the gray hair was almost completely gone, I have not dyed my hair for the eighth year, and what kind of hair I have grown: -0 The gait has become light and endurance, as you write, has increased unusually. I walk 8-10 km without consequences five days a week ... I react to changes in atmospheric pressure only in rare cases, but I have been meteorologically dependent all my life. My hypotension also passed, the pressure of 120 over 80 became the norm. I still practically don’t use glasses, I took it off after a couple of years of doing the Eye, and this year I’m 67 ...
And half a year ago I found a book by Peter Levin EYE OF THE REAL REVIVAL. Very unexpectedly, the performance of rituals was combined with the work of the chakras ... I began to try and it turned out that it was not only easier, but completely different - not just the muscles are loaded, but
the whole energy cocoon works...
I retrained gradually, as the author recommended, now I can say that this method works much deeper on all levels of the body, and especially the chakra connections and the chakras themselves. And how beautifully the chakras shine on the inner screen of the eyes when performed! This is a must see!!!
Good luck! and health to all!

I should try too. I am never long enough with gymnastics. And then all of a sudden my back started hurting...

Alas, I tried, but gave up, because I like to lie in bed in the morning, and I have to get up before everyone else if I want to work out. At first I could not do a single exercise more than 7 times, and then I got involved and did 21 times, as expected. Now I went to a fitness club for yoga, so I don’t do an eye. It’s easier to go to the fitness club, I jumped on the alarm clock, got dressed, came and there’s nowhere to go, you have to work out with everyone, and at home you can afford to be too lazy.
Any exercise causes a certain surge of energy, but I am faced with the fact that I have no where to spend this energy. I want to spend on physical activity, but this opportunity exists only on weekends, and then every other time, on weekdays, work, lessons, household chores.

If you ask people what is the most important thing in life for them, the answers will certainly be different. One will say that the most important thing is to have a lot of money. When you have an uncountable number of them, you can buy almost everything for yourself. The second will answer that the main thing is a good and prestigious job. And the third believes that love is the most important thing. Love is boundless and mutual. Which of them is right? Probably everyone and no one is right. Because everything fades and becomes not particularly important when you lose a truly valuable thing. You lose what was given to you from birth by God. When you lose your health If a person is sick, then all the colors of life turn pale, nothing brings proper joy. Fortunately, there is an old practice that has already helped many people. She came to us from distant Tibet and is called "The Eye of Rebirth" or "Five Tibetan Pearls".

How Europe learned about the "Eye of the Renaissance"

For many millennia, closed Tibetan monasteries kept all sorts of secret knowledge. Even now, when people gradually began to receive previously hidden information, Tibet keeps its secrets. One of the few secrets of being told by them to the world is the ritual "Eye of Rebirth" or "Five Tibetan Pearls". This knowledge was comprehended by those who, in search of truth, were ready to overcome the most difficult and often deadly obstacles in order to get to the Tibetan monks. Those who survived and were worthy of initiation carried this knowledge to people.
In Europe, ritual gymnastics became known thanks to Peter Kelder. In 1938, he wrote a book in which he revealed the secret of preserving youth and restoring health. To some, the contents of the book may seem fantastic. But the experience of several generations of followers of this energy practice shows that the Eye works. And it doesn't just work, it delivers amazing results.

What are "energy vortices?"

Many of us have long known that a person is more than physical matter. Man is a complex system that consists of an energy (etheric) body, a biofield and a system of energy vortices. Energy vortices are in constant rotation. Each vortex corresponds to a specific part of our body. Some vortices are associated with the internal organs, others with the endocrine glands, others with the nervous system, etc. The most important are the vortices that correspond to the human chakra system. The teaching of the East says that each person has seven chakras.

There are many energy channels running through the chakras. These channels are directly related to the work of energy vortices. If you are completely healthy, then the rotation of the vortices has a high speed. Then the energy easily passes through the energy channels and fills all parts of our body with strength and health.
When we lead an unhealthy lifestyle and consume energy irrationally, the rotation of the vortices slows down, the work of important energy centers is disrupted, opening the way to disease and aging. To regain lost health, transform and rejuvenate, Tibetan monks developed a set of five ritual exercises. These rituals restore the work of our energy centers and increase the circulation of ethereal vortices. Thanks to this, immunity increases, vitality is restored and all ailments and diseases are systematically sent into oblivion.

"Eye of rebirth": 5 exercises of Tibetan monks

You need to start doing exercises before noon. Ideally, the time after waking up. It is desirable to perform exercises on an empty stomach, you can only take a few sips of warm water.
For classes, you need to prepare a special rug to isolate yourself from the cold floor. In the future, you can use it for meditation.

Ritual Exercise #1:

  • Being in a “standing” position, straight arms should be extended in front of you and spread apart. The direction of the palms down. Raise your chin.
  • Start spinning around you clockwise - from left to right. It is important!
  • Try to circle on one point.
  • Take your time, at the beginning of mastering this ritual, dizziness may occur. Therefore, do not immediately set a fast pace and do not try to make the maximum number of rotations. Start with three reps.
  • After stopping, stop, take a deep breath.

If you feel dizzy or slightly nauseous, you can sit or lie down. Do not worry, over time, the vestibular apparatus will recover and you will enjoy spinning. The first ritual is designed to activate and stabilize the vortex rotations of our energy body.

Ritual Exercise #2:

Immediately after the first, start performing ritual number two.

  • Lie down on your back. Place your arms along your body with your palms down.
  • Lie down a bit. Practice deep breathing. Inhalation and exhalation should be approximately equal to each other.
  • After a deep exhalation, slowly inhaling, raise your head until the chin rests on the collarbone.
  • Next, lift straight legs up perpendicular to the torso.
  • Watch your pelvis. It should not come off the floor.
  • The exercise is performed on one long breath.
  • Exhaling, return to the starting position. Relax completely. After a couple of seconds, repeat everything again.
  • Be sure to watch your breath. Inhalation and exhalation should be as smooth and full as possible. Do not change your breathing between exercises.
  • If you can't raise your legs with your knees unbent, do as you please. Do not despair, in time you will do the right thing.
  • Start the ritual with three repetitions, day by day increasing the number to 21 times.
  • When you're done, close your eyes for a few seconds and imagine the energy flowing through your body. And then proceed to the third ritual.

Ritual number two enhances the effect of the first ritual - the whirlwinds are filled with even greater ethereal strength and power. In addition, this exercise develops the vertebrae in the cervical-shoulder region, restores the flow of oxygen to the brain and, as a result, reduces headaches and dizziness. By lifting the legs, the abdominal press increases and intestinal motility improves.

Ritual Exercise #3:

Get on your knees and do not close them, leaving thirty centimeters. Bend the pads of your toes so that they touch the floor. This will give the body stability.

  • Place your palms on the bottom of your buttocks. Hands are behind the back.
  • Tilt your head forward. Press your chin to your collarbones. Exhale the air while doing this.
  • While inhaling, slowly tear off your chin and turn your head back.
  • At the same time, bend your chest as far forward as possible, and tilt your head as far back as possible. The palms move to the top of the buttocks and help to keep balance.
  • As you exhale, you must return to the starting position.
  • After a short pause, repeat the complex. It is recommended to start with three repetitions. Can be more. But, as in the case of the second ritual, no more than 21 times.
  • Try to do all the elements of the ritual smoothly, take your time. Don't forget about breathing. It must be deep.
  • If you have problems with your knee joints, you can put a small towel under your knees, folding it several times. This will relieve pressure on the kneecaps and relieve discomfort.
  • After ritual number three, lower your buttocks to your heels and sit in this position. Close your eyes, breathe deeply. Try to imagine that you are breathing through your spine. Feel how the vertebrae straighten and stretch. After a couple of minutes, proceed to the next ritual.

The third ritual action increases the power of the previous two. At the same time, the entire spine is well stretched and the thoracic region is developed.

Ritual Exercise #4:

And so we come to ritual number four.

  • Sit down on the mat into a sitting position with your legs straight in front of you, shoulder-width apart.
  • Hands on either side of the hips, with palms on the floor. Fingers point forward. The spine must remain straight. The chin is pressed to the collarbones.
  • On a deep breath, tilt your head back and move your torso parallel to the floor into a pose that resembles a table, bending your knees and keeping your arms straight. Tighten your muscles. Stay in this position for a while, and then exhale and return to the starting position.
  • As you lift your body, mentally strengthen your arms. This will help you lift and support your own body weight.
  • At the end of the ritual, relax again for a couple of minutes. Breathe. Imagine that when you inhale, a yellow-golden color flows into you. This color brings cleansing and health. As you exhale, imagine that you are pushing black out of you. With it, all diseases and bad energy go away.
  • The number of repetitions is the same as in the previous rituals.

This ritual will strengthen the entire muscular corset of your body. Strengthens the spine. On the ethereal plane, it will disperse the whirlwinds even more.

Ritual Exercise #5:

Let's move on to ritual number five.

  • Take a horizontal position, lying on your stomach. Place your palms on the floor and point your fingers forward.
  • Raise yourself with straight arms, arching. The head is tilted back. Hands and feet shoulder-width apart, only the toes and palms of the hands remain on the floor, and the rest of the body comes off and does not come into contact with it. Take a breath and exhale completely.
  • Next, gradually change the position to the position of a triangle, bending the body almost in half. The arms and legs are straightened as much as possible, and the chin is pressed against the collarbones. Take a deep breath.
  • Then return to the starting position as you exhale.
  • Repeat this exercise as many times as required.

Ritual number five restores harmony and balance between the main vortices. This contributes to the fact that our original health returns to us, immunity is strengthened. We acquire the energy of youth.

  1. When you first begin to master the "Eye", do three repetitions. This applies to all rituals.
  2. As mentioned above, it is best to do it in the morning.
  3. You need to add two repetitions every week until you reach the 21st repetition.
  4. Take your time to increase the repetitions, let the body get used to it. If you have added repetitions and feel the deterioration in the state of the body, return to the previous number. Do the exercises in the old way for two to three weeks, and then try to increase the repetitions again.
  5. At the very beginning of the practice, sleep may be disturbed, as the body has lost the habit of the normal supply of energy. Don't let that scare you. Over time, sleep will improve.
  6. When you master the morning series of exercises, you can begin to build the evening. The scheme is the same as for the morning series.
  7. It is necessary to perform ritual actions all together, since individually they weaken their effect on the body.
  8. You need to do ritual exercises every day. You can't miss! In case of urgent need, you can skip one day a week, but no more.
  9. If something doesn't work for you, don't despair. In time, everything will turn out for the best. Remember the proverb that "patience and work will grind everything."
  10. If you want to do any other practices, do it. The Eye of Rebirth does not conflict with them, but rather helps and strengthens them. The "Eye" is the energy base for more complex meditations and training.
  11. After training, you can not overcool. Don't take cold showers. Do not go outside for at least half an hour after charging. The exception is summer.

In this article, we have tried to outline the main postulates of Tibetan practice. If this material has aroused your interest and you decide to restore the body, be sure to refer to the original source, namely the book by Peter Kelder "The Eye of Rebirth". The book contains very important and interesting points that may be useful to you. Read the book, read the reviews of Oko practitioners. You can find them on special forums. Reflect on new knowledge. If you make a decision, then bolder into battle! Just don't expect instant results. You must be persistent and patient. And the results will definitely come and may surprise you more than you expected!

There are different ways to keep yourself in good shape - someone prefers to visit sanatoriums, someone does exercises. I want to talk about the practice my mother does - it's called Eye of rebirth, and is often called 5 Tibetan pearls. According to legend, this stretch came to us from Tibetan monks and lamas, and with its help, millions of women and men improve their quality of life and their health.

Many people are ready to devote a lot of time to their appearance, but think little about health - in my opinion, this is wrong. The secret of the beauty of many women lies precisely in health, it depends on:

  • appearance of nails and hair;
  • skin condition;
  • general tone of the body;
  • muscle tone;
  • condition of the spine and joints.
But all this is nothing but beauty. Imagine a fit, athletic person with the right posture, with beautiful skin, shiny hair, a white-toothed smile - would you dare to call such a person ugly? You need to take care of your health, and the Eye of Rebirth gymnastics will help here.

History of Gymnastics Five Tibetans

The whole world learned what a stretch is from a book by Peter Calder. Calder's book has a short preface - he talks about a friend of his who learned about the existence of a monastery in the Tibetan mountains called the Eye of Rebirth. It was a monastery of lamas who were famous for their longevity and at the same time a high quality of life - they were healthy, looked much younger than their peers and their minds remained clear and pure.

By the way, the secret of the lamas was not such a secret - those travelers who did get to a remote monastery, the monks taught special rituals that helped restore and preserve youth. The colonel, a friend of Peter Calder, had seen a lot in his life, and by the age of 74 was not very healthy. He asked Calder to go on a trip with him to the monastery, but Peter refused, finding some excuse.

Subsequently, Peter Calder tried to convince himself that no secret can help to avoid old age, and all that a person can do is grow old with dignity and beauty. But he was overcome by doubts, and secretly he dreamed that the secret that the Tibetans kept in the Eye of the Renaissance monastery would turn out to be a real means for the lamas to continue life - what if the monks can do something that medicine cannot? Peter Calder's friend Bradford was able to get into the monastery, and you can read about the events that happened to him.

AT book- The Eye of Rebirth. After Colonel Bradford left the monastery, Calder didn't recognize him - in appearance, a man could be given no more than forty years. And then Peter believed that the 5 exercises of Tibetan monks are an effective and useful practice, whose benefits are obvious.

The principle of the technique

Of course, it is best to read the book (if not the first version, then at least

Would this- The eye of a real revival), but I believe that before embarking on a deep study of the materials, you need to find out in general whether you need a certain methodology or not. Therefore, I will talk about what the Eye of Rebirth stretching gymnastics is, I will describe a set of exercises and you can decide whether you need to read a book and comprehend these secrets. The Five Tibetans exercise set is based on a combination of thoughts, physical actions and energy flows. This ancient way of "dividing" a person into the realm of thoughts, energy and the physical body is widespread even now - not only are the five Tibetan pearls based on it, also many types of yoga and other practices view a person from this point of view.

The essence, as you know, is harmony. In order to achieve harmony, you need to learn the right way of thinking, you need to liberate the body with special exercises, and also find the right frame of mind. You should not think that the five Tibetan pearls are a sports and fitness complex or an ordinary workout. This practice combines actions aimed at the comprehensive development of a person - only in this way can he come to harmony.

In the human body, according to the theory of 5 Tibetans, there are energy flows, which the author of the book calls whirlwinds. In order to stay young, you need to start these whirlwinds, give them strength and make your energy flow in the right direction. If the energy flows weaken, then the person ages, diseases appear, and the supply of energy disappears. To keep the energy vortices circulating at the proper level, there are five Tibetan pearls - five exercises available to everyone.

I’ll make a reservation right away - in fact, there were six exercises by Tibetan lamas. But far from all fans of this practice come to perform the sixth ritual act of the Tibetan lamas - the fact is that it can be performed only if a person has completely abandoned his sexual life. Therefore, most often we are talking about five exercises - this ancient complex will help any person regain health and preserve youth.

ritual actions

By the way, the five Tibetans are not exercises, but rather ritual actions, so they should be treated accordingly.

It is required to perform the complex in the morning, immediately after waking up.. There are strict rules for doing it, and you must follow them - not only in order to get the result, but also so as not to harm yourself. The fact is that the complex at first glance looks no more complicated than a regular warm-up - and therefore many begin to perform it instead of morning exercises, without thinking at all about its meaning. If you understand what the Eye of Rebirth requires from a person, and follow its instructions, then you will understand what its secret is literally on your own body.

What is included in the set of exercises:

  • body turns with outstretched arms;
  • lifting the head and legs in a prone position;
  • arching the back while the person is kneeling;
  • transition from a sitting position to a “table” position;
  • transition from an emphasis in a supine position to a triangle pose.

Naturally, the recommendations are not mine, but belong, according to the author of the book, to the monks. The advice of lamas is quite simple and easy to follow. Before you perform ritual actions, you can take a shower (after performing it, it is better to refrain from cold water for some time - you should not allow a sharp temperature contrast).

If you need a little warm-up before exercise - do not deny yourself, even medicine confirms that you need to warm up a little before morning exercises, because the muscles are not in good shape.

In the video below you can see the execution technique, the correct positions, but there are also the correct thought forms for each ritual action:

  1. Power energy. It is necessary to feel the power that passes through your body, it gives confidence and fills literally the whole body.
  2. The joy of life. The second ritual action must be performed slowly, setting yourself up in a positive way, all the time remembering that life is joy and pleasure, and there is a lot of beauty in the world.
  3. Beauty and will. The third ritual action involves feeling your own beauty, you need to feel and believe that you are beautiful, healthy and young.
  4. Love and peace. Feel the energy of love, try with every breath to feel how you are filled with the energy of love and tranquility.
  5. The world around. Feel the beauty of the world - how beautiful it is, how many facets the universe has, and how much freedom is around you.
After completing each ritual action, you need to listen to yourself, take three deep breaths and only then move on. If after the exercise you feel discomfort, then you need to either interrupt the session altogether, or just give yourself a little time to come to a calm state.

After the whole complex is completed, you need to lie on your back on a hard surface(yes, an ordinary floor is just right), and completely relax - stretch out, relax your legs and arms and spend five to fifteen minutes in this position. This will help to normalize all processes in the body. After that, you need to take a deep breath, from the heart stretch in different directions and stand through the right side. Then you can have breakfast, but take a shower after half an hour.

How to perform ritual actions

To understand how to properly perform five Tibetan pearls, the easiest way is to watch the video. This is not a simple warm-up, but an ancient and serious way of rejuvenation, so you need to do everything as correctly as possible. You can always watch the video to make sure your actions are correct.

How many times should you do the exercises

Beginners should do no more than three repetitions of each exercise. You can increase the number of repetitions weekly, no more than two. The first week - three times, the second - five times, and so on. No more than 21 times for one exercise. If after a week of performing a certain number of exercises, you do not feel the strength to increase approaches, then it is better to stop at the current figure.

Translation difference

There are also other books that are based on the practice of the Five Tibetans. For example, The Eye of Rebirth for a New Age is a continuation of the book written by a modern author, a new look at the practice of lamas, which includes not only an energetic mood and a special stretch, but also many spiritual messages, as well as many exercises. If it was the Eye of Rebirth for a new era that fell into your hands, then it is still better to turn to the source text, the first book authored by Calder - so you can understand what guided

The author of the additional book is Sidersky. There is another version of the book, edited by Levin Oko of a real revival. Petr Levin rethought Kelder's work and slightly adapted it for our time (it's no joke, Kelder wrote in the first half of the last century), and also modernized many of the esoteric messages in the book.

In my opinion, it is incorrect to call the Eye of the Renaissance for the new era and the Eye of the present Renaissance simply translations - this is a serious author's work, which, however, is somewhat different from the original. I do not presume to judge who adapted the old book better, and who worse - it is important that it is best to start reading from the original version, and only then proceed to the author's ones. Or completely abandon books (although, reading is more than entertaining), and watch video tutorials.

Try this technique, and you will be surprised how effective it is - my mother forgot about the doctors, and now she has infected me with this gymnastics. At first, my mother's stretching seemed like an ordinary exercise for women, but after watching a couple of videos and learning about the Eye of the Real Renaissance book, I realized that this is more than stretching or warming up.

These are real rejuvenating apples that everyone can use.. I can say that now I don’t even remember that I have a sore back, I don’t use sleeping pills and I have become much more productive. I wish you the same, be healthy, use the secrets of llamas and keep your youth!

The effect of the implementation of the Tibetan complex "Eye of the Renaissance" manifests itself gradually, raising the hidden resources of the body and releasing psychic energy that motivates to life. Those who perform the ritual "Five Tibetans" do not talk empty talk about the wonders of energy gymnastics. They are reborn and rush along a different trajectory of life, not noticing the doubters.

The spiritual practices of the East are the most ancient sacred knowledge, containing the assistance of the internal energy centers of a person with the laws of natural science. That is why all their practices are effective for dedicated, seeking, persistent, striving to change the usual temporal course of life, qualitatively increasing their vitality.

The human body functions properly only thanks to the main energy centers (chakras), corresponding to the location of the hormonal centers. Hormones are endocrine glands that control all body functions, including emotions, the manifestation of talents, abilities, and longevity.

The impact of ritual exercises is aimed precisely at the activation of hormonal centers.

With regular performance of the main exercises, the biofield structure of these centers is excited, activating the entire mechanism of the body's work. As a result, the aging process slows down, there is a desire to further develop, create, learn new things, create. Therefore, the sooner a person begins to practice the "Eye of Rebirth", the better the result - a long-term life of high quality.

Micropower plants of the human body:

  1. Pineal gland, hypothalamus (Sahasrara) - crown chakra.
  2. The pituitary (Ajna) is the third eye chakra.
  3. The thyroid gland (Vishudha) is the throat chakra.
  4. The thymus gland (Anahata) is the heart chakra.
  5. The pancreas (Manipura) is the solar plexus chakra.
  6. Sex glands (Svadhisthana) - sacral chakra.
  7. Adrenal glands (Muladhara) - the root chakra.
  • It is advisable not to postpone the planned start of the complex for a long time. The body's resources are quickly depleted, but with gymnastics, the body is always in good shape.
  • It is not recommended to quit when starting a complex - after a break, you cannot continue from the place where you stopped. You will need to start over again, because the process of energy recovery is interrupted. A break of one day is allowed.
  • Gymnastics should be done in the morning, ideally after waking up.
  • It is more convenient to perform exercises on a hard surface, laying a rug. It is also possible on the grass, on the sandy beach.
  • Exercises must be performed in a strict sequence given initially by the author. To better remember the sequence of rituals, you can make a memo with a graphic image of each of the exercises and place it in your field of vision, in the place where the gymnastics is done.
  • Support in the implementation of the complex is often very important, sometimes difficult for physically unprepared people. It will be easier to perform them together with the person who can provide moral support and do gymnastics together.

Who is Peter Kelder

The Eye of the Renaissance - 5 Tibetan Exercises is an opus written by Peter Kelder. He describes a traveler who wants to penetrate the essence of eternal life. The methods of prolonging youth were revealed to him by the Tibetan Keepers of Knowledge.

For 5 years, the colonel was trained to transfer rejuvenation methods to other people. But in those years, the mysticism of his story was indifferently perceived by the few readers of The Eye. In Russia, a translated edition of The Eye of the Renaissance appeared in 1994 in a small edition, which sold out surprisingly quickly.

Soon there were numerous requests from readers for a reissue of the pamphlet. The Russian master of yoga republished the "Eye" with the addition of his practices. The further fate of the author of the primary source of The Eye of the Renaissance is difficult to describe due to the lack of at least some information about him.

Peter Calder's Tips for Performing the Five Rituals

Adviсe:

What are energy vortices (magnetic centers) and where are they located

The physical body of a person has an ethereal double, which has its own power magnetic structure and direction, which attracts energy from the outside exactly as much as it can produce itself. According to the properties of the magnetic field, the electric force is formed by the production of electricity and light by the cells of the body, which make up the life energy of each person.

This energy vibrates, creating a force field with a closing pole direction - from "north" to "south", creating a funnel or vortices that set the whole organism in motion. All vortex funnels are located in accordance with the main energy centers of the body - the chakras. These are the main magnetic power centers of the body.

In a healthy state of the organs, the main vortices vibrate at a high frequency, creating the general appearance of an egg in the etheric body of a person. In diseases, the rotation speed of the funnels slows down, the energy exchange with the outside world is severely disturbed, the body weakens, and the aging process occurs. As a result of the inability of the cells to generate electricity, the physical body gradually dies.

The elements of the complex are built and thought out in such a way as to restore the force field of vortices and charge the body again, as an integral mechanism.

Breathing technique when doing exercises

The “Eye of the Renaissance” (5 Tibetan exercises) must be performed in a special mode of breathing - deep, very important for the connection between the physical and etheric bodies of a person. Inhalation is always done through the nose, and exhalation accompanies the power part of each exercise.

The Eye of the Renaissance 5 Tibetan exercises should be performed with proper breathing and in a calm atmosphere.

There are two breathing options when doing Tibetan exercises:

  1. Rapid exhalation with noise, with second delays at the extreme points - the end of each repetition of the exercises.
  2. Smooth breathing with exhalation delays up to 4 seconds. Inhale and for 2-4 seconds. exhale at the extreme points of the exercises.

Warm-up before the gymnastics complex

The ritual movements of Tibetan gymnastics require muscle tension and stretching of the ligamentous-articular apparatus. In order to avoid various kinds of injuries, when performing the Eye, you need to do a little warm-up to help warm up the joints.

All exercises should be performed measuredly, without haste:

  1. Warming up the neck muscles. Starting posture - body in a vertical position, legs hip-width apart. Tilts of the head with a delay alternately for several seconds, forward, left and right, head rotation.
  2. Hand kneading. The brushes fold into a "lock" and rotate. Then the rotation of the forearm is performed, then circular swings of the arms back and forth.
  3. Leg warm-up. Start with a heel-toe step. Then, alternately lifting each leg off the floor, make rotational movements of the foot, then the lower legs and thighs.
  4. slopes. Raise your right hand up, then tilt it to the left side along with the body, then down and straighten up. Repeat with the other hand. Repeat several times. The legs do not bend at the knees.

The initial stage of classes

The Eye of Rebirth (5 ritual exercises) begins with the unwinding of energy in a clockwise direction.

This exercise restores the work of the magnetic vortex fields of the etheric body:

Second phase

The following exercise is aimed at raising the tone of the whole body, stabilizing the rotation of the vortices:

Third stage

The exercise is aimed at working out the energy of the main ascending stream running along the spine:

Fourth stage

An exercise to build energy by creating a swing effect:

In a weakened state of the body, it is recommended to perform a simplified version of the fourth ritual. Slightly raise the pelvis off the floor for a couple of seconds. and return to starting position. Gradually increase the separation of the pelvis from the floor until the required height is reached, equal to the length of the arms.

Fifth stage

The last of the main exercises tempers the spirit and physical endurance:

  1. Horizontal position on the floor, on the stomach, hands at chest level, palms down. Legs are straight, slightly apart, resting on the toes.
  2. As you exhale, resting your palms on the floor, raise the upper part of the body and bend back with your head.
  3. On a slow breath, raise the body, resting on the fingers, up to the stop, until an acute angle is formed at the fifth point. The legs are on a full stop.
  4. As you exhale, return to the position of the raised upper body.

Exercise requires maximum muscle tension.

At the same time, it is important to monitor breathing, inhaling and exhaling slowly, along with raising and lowering the body.

Who and what is the sixth exercise for?

The sixth ritual is not the main one from the Eye of the Renaissance complex. The last exercise will transform the strongest energy - sexual.

The transformed energy is creative and can be safely directed towards the realization of what has been conceived - restoring health, creating personal inspiring relationships, arranging self-realization with maximum material return, and bringing interesting ideas to life.

If there is a conscious need to alternatively use the power of sexual energy, rather than simply throwing it into the ether through sexual contact, then this exercise should definitely be practiced.

Altered sexual energy is the power of free thinking and life, it is always present in people from birth, but over time it is spent, usually not purposefully, for pleasure, which accompanies the instinct of reproduction, laid down by nature. Mountain monks have learned to transmute this unbridled power, store it and direct it where they need it.

Sexual energy is initially formed by the lower whirlwinds and, basically, it remains there, spending only on sex. For its transmutation, the lower energy must be pumped into the upper vortex flows - another level of human consciousness. Only then can it change life on these levels.

It is very important to perform the sixth exercise only when active sexual desire is restored.

Otherwise, the practice of the exercise will destroy the etheric body:

  1. Standing straight, legs slightly apart. The head is lowered to the top of the sternum.
  2. On a deep breath, the organs of the perineum are drawn in as much as possible, the muscles of the pelvic floor, the lower front wall of the abdomen are tensed. Measure for as long as possible (seconds).
  3. Lean your hands on your hips, lean forward a little, exhale intensely, pushing all the air out of your lungs.
  4. Pull the stomach in strongly and then straighten up, still keeping the stomach pulled in and the head lowered with the chin into the jugular fossa.
  5. Lower your diaphragm, raise your head and take a deep breath.

It is enough to repeat the sixth exercise 3 times, but not more than 9 times in one ritual action.

In addition to working with sexual energy, the “diaphragmatic lock” exercise, which is involved in it, puts the respiratory and genitourinary organs in order.

The first 5 rituals restore the body's strength, the rotation of vortices and stabilize the flow of sexual energy, which can then be transformed. The sixth can be started after the restoration of vortex flows.

Regularity and effectiveness of gymnastics

Ritual gymnastics is:

  • Healthy lifestyle habit - daily gymnastics.
  • An important moment of self-discipline, which will help in self-organization in all spheres of life.
  • Gradual restoration of the energy of all organs and the whole organism as a whole.
  • A brilliant example of parents to children is a physical and mental healthy form that will attract children to classes.
  • Transition to a higher level of consciousness, where there is a purposeful management of one's energy
  • A chance, staying in good physical shape longer, to have time to do everything that is planned for life.

The miraculous effect of the Tibetan gymnastics Eye of the Renaissance, which includes 5 exercises in the complex, can only be achieved if they are performed regularly.

Video about Tibetan exercises Eye of the Renaissance

How to properly perform the Eye of the Renaissance exercises:

Gymnastics, which came to us from distant Tibet. It has been practiced by Tibetan lamas for many centuries. Five exercises, which are also called five Tibetan pearls or magic rituals of Tibetan lamas.

This practice combines 3 aspects at once - it works at the physical level, energy and information. At the same time, work is going on with the body, with the biofield and with consciousness. It is very important to keep mental images during the exercises - the work goes with raising the kundalini energy.

I did this gymnastics in the distant 90s. Then I had a health problem and a doctor who is fond of oriental medicine advised me this complex. I did it for a long time.

Now, looking back, I can say that the complex helped me a lot and not only in terms of health.

I resumed classes and post information about this gymnastics on my website.

This is not just physical gymnastics, it refers to serious spiritual practices because not only the physical body, health, but also your life is changing. Therefore, before you start exercising, think about whether you want to change your life, health, or are you satisfied with everything and you just want to go with the flow without changing anything.

You will understand a lot and be able to make a decision by reading the book Peter Kelder Eye of Rebirth . This is where you need to start.

This is the first step- FREE DOWNLOAD book and read it carefully.

Peter Kelder first described the secret technique of the Eye of Rebirth in his book, giving detailed recommendations on how to perform it. He opened it to millions of people. The book is written in a very accessible and engaging manner, like fiction.

eye of rebirth
is the secret practice of the Tibetan lamas, which leads to the spiritual development of the individual, the restoration of health and youth, to the raising of the kundalini energy…

Only after reading the book, having made a decision, watch the video on how to do the exercises. Short videos follow one after the other. I recommend watching all 3 in a row:

You can take a shower before exercising.

1 exercise - to keep the mental image, that is, to represent the energy of the force that comes from below, it gives confidence;

Exercise 2 - to feel that living is a great pleasure ..., with every breath we feel it brighter and brighter;

3 exercise - to feel the strength, beauty in yourself. During this exercise, we, as it were, pump ourselves with the energy of strength and will, visualize;

4 exercise - we feel around us the energy of love, peace and tranquility, and with every breath we are saturated with this energy;

Exercise 5 - you feel the freedom and beauty of the world and yourself in it.

After completing each exercise. in between, get up, listen to the sensations in the body, take 3 breaths and exhale and get ready for the next exercise.

After completing the complex, be sure to lie on your back. stretch the spine, arms and legs along the body, relax and lie down for 5-15 minutes resting, restoring breathing, listening to the sensations in the body. Then we take a deep breath, stretch, stretching our arms and legs, clench our palms into fists and kneel through the right side. Thank you with folded hands.

After doing the exercises, you can start eating breakfast. You can take a shower no earlier than 30 minutes.

Breath-

Quote from Kelder's book: "Perhaps there are two other things that might matter. You remember, I mentioned that in the intervals between repetitions of ritual actions, you need to continue breathing in the same rhythm as during practice. However, if you do not feel any difficulty, there is no need to pause between repetitions of the same ritual action, you should simply repeat the movements in the form of one continuous series.

But between each two ritual actions, a pause is necessary. And not just a pause. You need to stand up straight, put your hands on your waist and take a few smooth full breaths, while carefully following the sensations that arise in the body, and focusing on the area of \u200b\u200bthe body located inside the abdomen at the level of the navel. Sooner or later, you will certainly feel the streams of prana flowing through the body during inhalation.

And after a while, you will probably see whirlwinds. Breathing in pauses between actions, try to relax as much as possible during exhalation and feel how the “spoiled” prana, along with subtle impurities and painful blocks, leaves the body, washed away by the streams of “fresh” prana that entered the body during inhalation.

Pauses between exercises:

I want to draw your attention to the fact that the exercises are not as simple as it seems at first glance!

Therefore, you should not rush, listen to yourself and if, during the exercise, you feel discomfort, do not continue it on this day for the intended number of times. Do fewer repetitions. You should not start the next exercise until you feel better after the previous exercise.

For more accurate exercise, read the book Peter Kelder's Eye of the True Renaissance.

Number of repetitions of each exercise:

1 week - 3 times;

2 weeks-5

3 weeks - 7

4 weeks - 9

5 week -11

6 week -13

7 week 15

8 weeks - 17

9 weeks - 19

10 weeks - 21 times.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to do more than 21 times!!! This is the maximum number of repetitions required.

And let's share our impressions and results. Exchange experience.
