Very early, the younger Dzagoevs realized that sports were their future. Alan believes that Gela is even a more talented footballer than himself, but the elder's career was not very outstanding - he did not take football so seriously, and then he also suffered from injuries.

Gela Dzagoev played for the Vladikavkaz clubs Alania-d and Spartak, as well as Kamaz (Naberezhnye Chelny), then coached the children in the youth team of the Timiryazevets junior sports school No. 76, and then decided to go into business.

On the way to the professional

Alan became a student of school number 4, and in 2000 he became a player in the Avtodor-Yunost children's team from Vladikavkaz. Unlike many children, Alan was independent and purposeful enough to fly out of the family nest early. He first tried to do this when he was only 13.
