1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Missionary - Catechizatorial courses of the Moscow Diocese (hereinafter referred to as the text - courses), operating on the basis of these Regulations, are the structural division of the Moscow Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church and carry out their activities on the basis of the Kolomna Orthodox Church of the Orthodox Seminary.

1.2. The tasks of the courses include training, retraining and advanced training of missionaries-catechorators, teachers of church-parish schools, social, youth workers for parishes and monasteries of the Moscow Diocese.

1.3. In its activities, the courses are guided by the internal establishments of the Russian Orthodox Church, the charter of the Moscow Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, current legislation, other state regulations, as well as this Regulation.

1.4. Courses are not a legal entity and do not lead any economic activities.

1.5. The material support of the work of the courses is carried out at the expense of the funds of the Kolomna Orthodox spiritual seminary, the parishes and monasteries of the Moscow Diocese on an annual estimate, approved by the Moscow Diocese of the Moscow Diocese, on the representation of the rector of the Kolomna Orthodox spiritual seminary.

2. Currency management

2.1. The activities of courses are carried out under the general guidance of the rector of the Kolomna Orthodox spiritual seminary.

2.3. 3. Reception, issue and deductions from courses

3.1. The courses are accepted by priests and laity of the Moscow Diocese, which have a complete secondary education, which will continue to fulfill obedience to katechizator missionaries, teachers of Sunday schools, social workers, youth workers.

3.2. For admission to courses, the candidate represents a petition, autobiography and written recommendation of the monastery of the monastery or parish, certified by the adolescent church district;

3.3. Reception for courses is carried out by order of the rector of the Kolomna Orthodox spiritual seminary on the basis of the decision of the course of the courses.

3.4. Course listeners can be deducted until the end of training on the following grounds:

  • passive attitude to study.

3.5. The decision to deduct may receive the rector of the Kolomna Orthodox Church of the Orthodox Seminary or the educational council.

4. Organization of the educational process

4.1. Courses are implemented by a special professional religious education program.

4.2. The educational process on courses is carried out on the basis of curricula and plans developed by the training council of courses.

Unfortunately, it seems that the organizers of the courses decided to use such an important topic as the training of the Orthodox Mission as a means for self-expression, to impose the Church of their private opinions and innovative practices that are not directly related to the mission.

If they want to engage in psychological trend, and if they have psychological education and work experience, they can agree with some kind of organization to have time and place for regular meetings with people who have psychological problems, and they would advise them, may To be, it would be beneficial to someone, at least, in this case, the name would have answered its content. But here people from the face of the church are invited to learn the Orthodox Mission, and instead arrange group psychological games.

For me, it remains completely incomprehensible, who and when approved in the Russian Orthodox Church, such a technique as the main and generally binding, if it is teaching it in diocesan courses? Was she tested in practice wide scales, and what independent experts confirmed its effectiveness as a missionary technique? It seems that not only nothing of it is, but, moreover, these forms and methods are trying on these courses, which already in the recent past caused a negative reaction of many Orthodox and caused the temptation in the church environment.

It seems to me that in general diocesan courses it is advisable to provide first of all information about the patricual and traditionally Orthodox forms of the Mission, and the controversial and insurgent technological reception of the methodology, as well as private opinions, should be presented and discussed at specialized seminars or conferences of experienced missionaries. Something controversial and new can be discussed and offered when well studied and tested already known and traditional. However, it seems that the traditional patristic methods and the principles of the mission are not known and are not tested in the case not only by listeners of courses (which naturally), but also by curators.

I believe that when people who came to learn about the basics of the Orthodox mission, they offer psychological trenders and subjective opinions instead, that is, a big danger that such training will not only be useless, but can even bring harm.
