  • Balsamic vinegar (white) - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (we prefer classic) - 4-4.5 tablespoons

NOTE: We do not add salt because soy sauce is very salty and it is enough to make all other ingredients in this dish salty enough too.

Preparation:

The chicken fillet must be washed with cold running water and cut into small pieces (we focus on 3-5 cm on the longest side, without perfectionism: we will not measure with a ruler) pieces into cubes or cubes.

Carrots, of course, also need to be washed, peeled and cut into thin strips (you can chop, like for Korean carrots, using the appropriate device - this significantly speeds up the process). Fry the chicken pieces at a high heat level until golden brown (it will take 10-15 minutes, do not forget to stir the chicken pieces 2-3 times during this time so that they are fried more or less evenly on all sides). Meanwhile, add 2 more tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan (it is still at a high heat level) and put chopped onions and garlic there. Fry them, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes until the onions begin to change color to golden, while you should already feel the distinct smell of roasting garlic.

Add chopped carrots (or bell peppers, if you like) to the pan, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes so that the vegetables soften. Then add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and granulated sugar, mix everything and, continuing to stir, fry for another 1-2 minutes.

We reduce the heating level to low, return the fried chicken fillet pieces to the pan, mix everything again ( watch our video recipe!).

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer chicken and vegetables at a low level of heat for another 20 minutes (during this time, open the lid 2-3 times and stir the contents of the pan).

  • olive oil - 60 ml;
  • soy sauce - 15 ml;
  • fennel beans - 10 g;
  • mustard - 20 g;
  • chicken legs - 6 pcs.;
  • onions - 4 pcs.;
  • fresh sour cream - 250 g;
  • head of garlic;
  • pepper, salt.

Cooking process:

  1. We process the poultry in the usual way, rub it with a mixture of spices, mustard and salt.
  2. We peel the garlic and onion from the husk, finely chop, then sauté in oil. Better to use a mixture of butter and olive fat.
