  2. Cut the avocado into cubes (can be grated coarsely);
  3. Grate cheese - coarsely;
  4. Cut the olives in half lengthwise;

  8. Squeeze out the juice of half a lemon;

What do you need:

  • 200 g smoked chicken breast;
  • 100 g of spicy Korean carrots;
  • 1 processed cheese "Druzhba";
  • 100-150 g mayonnaise;
  • grains of half a pomegranate.

How to do:

  1. Chop the chicken breast meat coarsely or finely (as you like);

  4. Remove the cooked meat from the broth and let it cool completely.
  5. Cut chicken and feta cheese into large pieces and place in a blender bowl.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • onion - 3 pcs.;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • armenian lavash - 2 pcs.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • garlic.

Cooking method:

  1. Process the carrots and onions, chop finely and sauté in butter until soft. Twist the fillet in a meat grinder, add the frying and grind again.
  2. We squeeze the peeled garlic into the minced meat, add salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and divide the mass in half. Lavash is lubricated with an evenly prepared mixture, sprinkle with grated egg and cover with a second lavash on top.
  3. We also coat it with meat filling, sprinkle with an egg and roll it up with a plump roll. Cover the top well with mayonnaise and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Lavash roll with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • thin Armenian lavash - 1 pc .;
  • fresh champignons - 300 g;
  • cream cheese - 200 g;
  • fresh chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • spice;
  • fresh dill;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • capers - 1 tbsp the spoon;
  • onion - 1 pc.

Cooking method:

  2. Chop the onions in half rings, add them to the mushrooms and sauté until the vegetables are soft. Next, transfer the contents of the pan to a plate and leave to cool. Rinse the greens, chop finely, and cut the capers in half.
  3. Now we take a sheet of pita bread, lay it out on the table and grease it evenly with cream cheese. Next, we spread the fibers of chicken meat, and then we distribute the fried mushrooms with onions. Sprinkle generously with chopped herbs and capers.
  4. After that, tightly roll the pita bread into a roll, wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for a while. After a lapse of time, remove the film, cut the roll into pieces and serve.
