Research work "Energy Drinks". High-quality composition of energy drinks and its impact on the body. Research work. Presentation prepared: Khokhlov Victoria, Korovina Natalia, - Presentation of experiments with energy drinks

Most recently, energy drinks appeared in the markets, which with unprecedented speed begin to gain popularity, especially in the environment of young people and schoolchildren. A jar of drink at first removes a dream as a hand, without one can no longer be prepared for the exam or a noisy night party.

Today, energy drinks are sold in any kiosk, in bars, clubs, they can often be seen in gyms And at the sports grounds. Advertising positions them as a means of combating fatigue, helping an active lifestyle, mental activity, club dancing and sports.

But is it all good and cloudless in the use of energy? Where does miraculous energy come from?

Goals, objectives, hypothesis, object and subject research

Purpose of the study:

Show that the use of energy drinks is not effective tool raising life tone, prove that power engineers have negative influence on the physiological processes of the human body.

Tasks:

1. Studying various sources of information on the origin and composition of energy drinks.
2. Study of the influence of ingredients of energy drinks on fabric of plant and animal origin: raw and boiled (denatured) chicken protein, potatoes and meat.
3. Conducting the survey in order to study the relationship of adolescents to energy drinks.

Hypothesis:

If adolescents will own scientifically based information on the effect of energy drinks on biological tissues and, as a consequence of the human body, there will be a meaningful attitude towards the process of energetic use.

Theoretical part

From the history

Natural psychostimulants were known to people around the world with deep antiquity.

The most common of them was caffeine. Its source in India and the countries of the Middle East was coffee; In China, India and Southeast Asia - tea; In America - the plant of Yerba Mate and Nuts Cola, etc. Also, the story knows examples of the use of stronger stimulants, such as Coca bush in South America, Ephedra and Kata - in Asia. Residents of Mongolia and Siberia used ginseng, Eleutherococcus, Aralia and other stimulating plants.

In 1982, Austrian Dietrich Mateshitz, being in Hong Kong, tried a local toning drink and brought this idea to Western countries. In 1984, he founded the first enterprise for industrial production of the energy drink - popular and understood "Red Bull". The product was so successful that there were no dozens of drinks with similar properties on the market. The giants of the "drinking" industry "Coca-Cola" and "Pepsi-Cola" also did not remain aside, releasing, respectively, "Burn" and "Adrenaline Rush".

In Norway, Denmark and France, energy drinks are considered biologically active additives and are allowed for sale only in pharmacies. In Russia, there are also restrictions related to them: the drink cannot contain more than two toning components, the bank must indicate the use of the use, and the implementation of them is prohibited, as stated in the ruling of the Main State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation "On strengthening of drinks containing tonic components ", from 19.01. 2005

IN lately The noise around the "power engineers" intensified due to legal proceedings about several deaths presumably related to their use. In Sweden, three people died on a disco after drinking a mixture of an energy drink with strong alcohol, and the 18-year-old Irish basketball player Ross Kuni after three cans of drink died right on the site.

Structure

Energy drinks (energy, energy) - non-alcoholic or low-alcohol drinks, in which the advertising campaign is focused on their ability to stimulate the central nervous system of a person and / or improve performance, as well as that they do not give a person to sleep.

Drinks contain toning substances, most often caffeine (in some cases, instead of caffeine in the composition, guarana extracts, tea or mat containing caffeine, or caffeine under other names: Matein, Teiin) and other stimulants: Theobromin and Teophylline (cocoa alkaloids), As well as, often vitamins, like an easily accessible source of energy - carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose), adaptogens, etc. Taurine has been added recently.

The main components of "power engineers":

Taurin - The derivative of cysteine amino acids (contrary to the common point of view, it is not an amino acid) itself). One of the main components of bile, in small quantities is contained in various tissues of animals and humans, mainly in the muscular.

Caffeine - A common psychostimulator is contained in tea, coffee, mate, guaran, coola nuts and some other plants. Reduces the feeling of fatigue and drowsiness, increases mental performance, accelerates the pulse, has a light diuretic effect. The period of stimulation is replaced by fatigue requiring adequate rest. The caffeine content in power drinks ranges from 150 to 320 mg / l with a recommended upper permissible level of consumption of 150 mg per day.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) - organic compound, related glucose, is one of the main nutrients in the human diet, necessary for the normal functioning of the connective and bone tissue. Performs biological functions of the reducing agent and coenzyme of some metabolic processes, is considered as an antioxidant.

A nicotinic acid - Drug, Vitamin, involved in many oxidative reactions of living cells.

White crystalline powder without smell, weakness taste. It is difficult to soluble in cold water, it is better in hot, dissolve in ethanol, very little - on the air.

Calcium Pantothenate - Drug, Vitamin B5, Calcium Pantothenic Salt. Pantothenic acid in chemical nature - dipeptide.

Pyridoxin - One of the forms of vitamin B6. It is colorless crystals soluble in water.

B Food Products Vitamin B6 is found in three types: pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, which are approximately the same in their biological activity.

Folic acid - Water soluble vitamin B9 necessary for the growth and development of blood and immune systems.

Pros and cons of energy from the point of view of health-and-minuses-Energy-C-Point-View health ">

What can unite such seemingly diverse and far from the interests of a group of people, like students, drivers, athletes, club regulars, etc.? All these people periodically experience enormous physical, moral and volitional and mental loads. These people, most likely, do not even realize that they make up the so-called target audience of potential buyers of energy drinks, or, simply speaking, power engineers.

The main idea of the positioning of such products is "doping" to exhaust work, both physical and mental, and recovery after. No accident company - producers of energy drinks invest millions in sports events, competitions; Enclose mutually beneficial contracts with the largest sports clubs for the production of registered club drinks; Buy "stables" of the most prestigious class of auto racing "Formula 1" (Red Bull F1 Team). Even the athletes themselves who were able to achieve great success in sports, produce energy under their own name - a vivid example: boxer Kostya Tszyu, who has released a cranberry-energetic Tszyu crank energy in his own recipe. Do not cost without sponsorship support for producers of energy drinks and a variety of musical festivals.

Energy drinks are sometimes mixed with alcohol. Energy performs a stimulating function, while alcohol is depressing. The harm for this combination lies in the ability of power engineers to disguise the effect of alcohol, in which case a person will not be able to make its influence per calculation. Alcohol in large doses causes natural fatigue, but the stimulating effect of energy is able to kill it. A common mixing of power engineers with vodka and other alcohol led to the emergence of pre-prepared cocktails known as "Alcopops", often including Taurine in their composition; Or or guarana extract for giving a drink of a specific aroma.

pros

Energy drinks are excellent raise mood and stimulate mental activity.

Everyone can find an energy drink in their needs.. In accordance with their destination, energy drinks are conventionally divided into groups: some contain more caffeine, others - vitamins and carbohydrates. "Coffee" drinks are suitable for completed, incorrigible workaholics and students who have to work and learn at night, and "vitamin-carbohydrates" - for active people who prefer to conduct free time in gym.

Energy drinks contain a complex of vitamins and glucose. Everyone knows about the benefits of vitamins. Glucose quickly penetrates blood, participates in oxidative processes and provides muscle energy, brain and other vital organs.

The action of the cup of coffee is preserved 1 - 2 hours, the effect of the energy drink is 3 - 4. In addition, almost all energy drinks are gashed, which speeds up their action is their third difference from coffee.

Thanks to the comfortable packaging, energy drinks can be worn with you and use in any situation (on the dance floor, in the car), which cannot be said about coffee or tea.

Minuses

Energy drinks can be consumed in strict accordance with the dosage. Maximum dose - 1 beverage can per day. Dose excess can lead to raising blood pressure or blood sugar levels.

Vitamins, which are contained in power drinks, cannot replace the multivitamin complex.

People suffering from heart diseases, hypo-or hypertension should not use energy drinks.

The statement that the energy drink provides the body with energy, is unfounded. The contents of the cherished bank only opens the way to the internal reserves of the body, i.e. performs the function of the key, or rather, the lock. In other words, the drink itself does not contain any energybut only uses our own. Thus, we use our own energy resources, simply put, we take energy into debt. However, sooner or later, this debt will have to return with interest in the form of fatigue, insomnia, irritability and depression.

Like any other stimulator, caffeine, which is contained in power drinks, leads to the depletion of the nervous system. Its action is maintained on average 3 - 5 hours, after which the body needs rest. In addition, caffeine is addictive.

The energy drink containing the combination of glucose and caffeine is very harmful to the young organism.

Many power drinks contain a large amount of vitamin C causing student heartbeat and trembling in the limbs.

Fitness fans must remember prominent diuretic properties Caffeine. This means that after training, the energy drink can not be drunk, because in the process of workout we are so we lose a lot of fluids.

In case of exceeding the allowable dose is not excluded side effects: tachycardia, psychomotor arousal, increased nervousness, depression.

Energy drinks contain taurine and glucuronolactone. The taurine content is several times higher than the allowable level, and the amount of glucurolactone contained in 2 beverage banks exceeds daily rate almost 500 times (!). Even scientists are unknown, as these ingredients act on the body, and how they interact with caffeine. Therefore, experts state that the safety of such high doses of taurine and glucaronelactone has not yet been defined, which requires further research.

There is a commodity opinion that energy is not at all as effective as advertising presents them and that they do not have a special action on the human body, there are stubborn facts indicating the opposite.

The Swedish National Commission is investigating the case of deaths of three people provoked by drinking drinks.

One of the victims who danced the girl, along with alcohol drank two banks of Energyhotonik and suddenly died of a heart stop.

The Irish Basketball Player Ross Kuni drank three banks of the energy drink and died in a few hours right during the workout. The investigation of this case continues.

Many drivers who used energy drinks in a state of increased fatigue, in order to continue movement, talk about emerging after this hallucinations, which indicates the psychotropic effects of these beverages.

In many countries (France, Denmark and Norway), energy is considered drugs, they can only be bought in a pharmacy or their production is prohibited (Germany).

Practical part: Research

Experiments were carried out, the purpose of which is to study the impact on the fabric of the plant and animal origin of energy drinks.

For the study, five species of energy drinks were taken, which are sold in stores and microdistrict supermarkets, "Red Bull Sugafree", "Red Bull Cola", "Bulit", "Burn", "Jaguar". Water was also taken as a neutral environment for monitoring experiments.

(Photo with experimental results - in presentation)

Output: The ingredients of the considered energy drinks have a different effect on the fabric of plant and animal origin. A more unfavorable picture is developing under the influence of "Jaguar" and "Burn" on the fabric; On the basis of which it can be concluded that the tissues of the digestive tract primarily and other organ systems will be subject to their negative impact.

Analysis of various sources of information allows us to conclude that the effect of the energy lift is short-term, since violations of physiological processes arise due to a certain chemical composition. And all advertising actions around the energy drinks do not have confirmation, that is, the unfounded, present the illusory effect.

In order to study the relationship of modern adolescents, a sociological survey of study schools was conducted to the energy sector:

Pupils from 7 to grade 11 participated in the sociological survey. A total of 143 people were interviewed. As a result, it turned out: 35% - they used 65% - not tried. More popular is (from the studied) "Burn". Active consumers - adolescents 15-16 years old. But the most terrible is that 13% of the guys, daily use energy drinks.

Conclusion

Teenagers are active consumers of energy, without thinking about the consequences for their health.

Many people who drink "energy" think that their action is completely harmless, and continue to increase the dose of invigorating drinks. Passion for invigorating soda, doctors call a new dependence. Consequently, energy drinks can be called psychostimulants that cause the occasority of the body to a short time, but since the body gets it out of out, he remembers very quickly and seeks to get it yet.

Practical significance of the study

The practical part of the study lies in the fact that the results obtained were brought to the attention of adolescents. It is planned to place the materials on the school site. This will allow each student to form an active, conscious point of view on the fashionable youth phenomenon presented in the study - the use of energy drinks.

The history of the emergence of energy in 1984 G. Mateshitz founded Red Bull GmbH, developed a recipe and marketing concept of a drink and after three years began to sell Red Bull Energy Drink in Australia. In 1992, a new energy drink was for the first time exported to Hungary. Currently, German Mateshitz sells more than 1 billion cans annually in 70 countries.

The composition of the energy drinks is compilation of adrenalingorilla Montrdraul Energetic. Value (kcal) 61, carbohydrates (g) 14,311,312,51011 Taurine (mg) 42 + 34.03010 Caffeine (mg) Vitamin C ---- 8.4

The composition of energy drinks The substance is a formude in the body of caffeine acts as a mental stimulator. Diseases accompanied by the oppression of CNS, the functions of cardiovascular and respiratory systems Spasms of vessels of the brain of contraindications: pronounced arterial hypertension, organic diseases of the cordially vascular system, increased excitability, glaucoma, sleep disorders, senile age. Side effects: Anxiety, excitement, insomnia, tachycardia, arrhythmia, increased blood pressure, nausea.

Taurine is an amino acid accumulated in muscle tissues. It is believed that it improves the work of the heart muscle. However, in recent times, in the medium of physicians, there was an opinion that Taurine does not have any impact on the human body at all. Vitamin Saskorbinic acid is necessary for the work of the nervous system and brain. Its disadvantage The body can feel, but the increase in the dose does not improve your productivity, mental abilities or something else, how they are trying to convince manufacturers of energy drinks.

Lemon acid These acids form the taste of plant food. In some cases, the amount of acids in plants reaches very high values. citric acid In lemons at 9%, apple acid in apples at 6%, etc. The main function of organic acids included in food is associated with participation in the processes of digestion. They reduce the pH of the medium, contributing to the creation of a certain composition of microflora, are actively involved in the energy metabolism (Krebs cycle), in the gastrointestinal tract, improve digestion, activate the intestinal peristalsis. The most important function of organic acids is the oblating of the body.

Guaranatropic plant of its berries possess various health benefits. Guarana has a chemical structure similar to the caffeine structure, and the seeds provide even higher effect than coffee grains. The adoption of guarana increases physical activity and endurance, and can also help speed up weight loss. Tanin tannila berries. The high content of tannine in berries such as cranberries, strawberries, blueberries and grapes, gives these berries with bacteriostatic and bactericidal properties, neutralizing, thus infection and not allowing it to linger in the body.

D-Ribose D-Ribose is a carbohydrate naturally present in the human body, which is vital for the synthesis of ATP - the main energy molecule of the cell. After intensive workouts and stresses, the ATP level in cells is significantly reduced. Additional use of ribosa significantly helps restore in the heart muscle and skeletal muscles of ATP concentration and, accordingly, energy reserves lost in severe physical work and intensive training.

Glucose in the human body is the main and most versatile source of energy to provide metabolic processes. Carnitine in the human body is present in the tissues of transverse-striped muscles and liver. It is a factor in metabolic processes that ensure the maintenance of the activity of the coenzyme A.Okow anabolic effect, activates the fat exchange, stimulates regeneration, increases appetite.

Harm energy drinks Energy drinks can be used in strict accordance with the dosage: maximum dose-1 bank per day. Vitamins that are contained in drinks cannot replace the multivitamin complex. People suffering from heart disease should not use energy. Caffeine, which is contained in power drinks, brings the nervous system to exhaustion. Caffeine is addictive.

The energy drink containing the combination of glucose and caffeine is very harmful to the young organism. A large amount of vitamin B causes rapid heartbeat and trembling in the limbs. Caffeine diuretic drug, so drinks can not be used after training. In total, hallucinations may occur with the use of power engineers.

The definition of caffeine is placed in a porcelain cup of 5 ml of the energy drink, 2-3 drops of nitric acid con is added. The mixture was dried to dryness. As a result of the oxidation of the caffeine, amalic acid (tetramethyl alcohoxanthine) of orange color is formed. With a reaction with a concentrate solution of ammonia, this substance turns into ammonium purple.

The definition of vitamin C in drinks was poured into the flask 2 ml. Energy drink, then a little starch solution. Further, add a solution of iodine to the appearance of stable blue staining that does not disappear during C. The definition technique is based on the fact that an ascorbic acid molecule is easily oxidized by iodine. As soon as iodine oxidates all ascorbic acid, the next drop will paint the solution in blue.

The definition of glucose was placed in 1 ml test tube. Energy beverage and 1 drop of Feling reagent (alkaline solution of copper alcoholate of the ferronetic salt). At the same time, the heated part of the solution is stained in orange-yellow color due to the formation of copper hydroxide (I), which further passes into the red precipitate of copper (I).

The xanthoprotein reaction to cyclic amino acids (taurine) is poured into a test tube with 1 ml of the energy drink, 2-3 drops of concentrate nitric acid are added and heated. In the presence of taurine, the liquid is painted in a yellow color. After cooling, 10 drops of sodium hydroxide are added. Coloring goes into orange.

Definition of Tanin. 2 ml of the energy drink is poured into the test tube and 5 ml of iron chloride solution (+3) is added in the presence of Tanin, the test tube content is painted into a green-black color. 2 ml of beverage and 5 ml of freshly prepared iron sulfate solution (+2) are poured into another test tube. Purple staining is available. Conclusion 1. When studying various sources of information, we revealed that the composition of energy drinks includes ingredients that are not only harmful, but often the dangerous impact on the human body. 2. All energy users have a sour Wednesday, a large amount of dyes and sugars, which, with excessive use, affects negatively on health. Bibliography. Electronic courses program. Chemistry classes. 1. Introduction

In modern conditions, many factors affect the health of people. One of which is the use of energy drinks. Energy drinks - non-alcoholic or low alcohol drinks, in which the admisory campaign is focused on their ability to stimulate the central nervous system of man and / or antisdative effect. In modern society, the drink is the usual thing. In addition to adults, formed people, these drinks drink and young people with a non-finally formed organism. Consumption of beverages can adversely affect the growth and development of a teenager, because the energy sector does not bring the benefit in which the growing body of the child needs. Despite this, manufacturers do not spare money for promotional promotions to promote their goods and argue that this product brings only benefits and produce new types of drinks. But is it? This is to find out.

We put forwardhypothesis : Energy drinks adversely affect the human body.

purpose this work is to find out what the energy drinks affect the human body and show the results of the students of the MBOU SOSH No. 1 of the Pokrov.

Relevance My work is that in modern society many people use energy, without thinking about the consequences.

1.2. Progress

We set the followingtasks :

Get acquainted with literature about these drinks.

Conduct experiences showing the interaction of energy with various components.

    Show results of adolescent experiences.

2. Energy drink

Power engineer is a strong drink, it contains a large number (H 2 CO 3 ) - Since this contributes to a more rapid absorption of components and the rapid effect of the effect. Drinks contain tonic substances, most often (In some cases, instead of caffeine, extracts are declared , or containing caffeine, or caffeine under other names: Matein, Teiin, though, in fact, all this is the same caffeine). Energy often contain vitamins, as an easily absorbed energy source - carbohydrates ( , ), and so on. Recently added . One beverage can contain from about half to the whole daily dose of vitamins. Therefore, a medical restriction on the use of energy - no more than one can per day. The content in energy drinks is a little lower than in the same volume of the weld.

Doctors warn that the use of "power engineers" can cause problems with the cardiovascular system, insomnia, fatigue, the rapid depletion of the body's resources.Systematic use of energy drinks can cause dependence. Without them, a person reaches the depletion phases after a while, experiencing lethargy, weakness and is looking for a means for removing such a state. If drinks really contain high doses of biologically active substances, then they can cause certain adverse effects: sleep disorders, excitement, anxiety, raising, and, short. Also "Energy" are contraindicated in hypertension, diseases of cardio-vascular system, impaired sleep, increased excitability and cafeping sensitivity. "Energy" can not be drinking, and nursing women, people with increased nervous excitability, insomnia, violations of cardiac activity, illness.

The occurrence of energy drinks in different countries dates back to different periods. So, for Germany, the "century of the first energy" was the twelfth century, and the discoverer here is considered to be Abbatis Hildegard von Bingen. His "second life" energy is obliged to Englishman Smith-Klein Bichamu, who in 1938 prepared his first energy drink Lukozade for foggy albion athletes, which almost led to their poisoning. Later, Bicamon made some changes to the recipe of their drink and re-launched it in now massive sale. Surprisingly everyone, a bad reputation did not interfere with the drink to conquer mad popularity from the British population. Moreover, in 1962, in Japan, a new, called Lipovitan was created in Japan. Today, Japan is one of the most significant exporters in the global market for energy drinks, and the emergence of this "potion" among the majority is associated with the embossed. To Europe, the energy drink came significantly later than in Japan. And the discoverer was the Austrian entrepreneur Dietrich Mates, who in 1982 during his business trip in Hong Kong first tried one of the already widely produced tonic drinks there. Already then he had an idea of the foundation of the first enterprise in Europe for the industrial production of energy drinks, and in 1984 he embodied this idea of life. Austrian's drink was called Redbull and won a huge popularity among Europeans, which soon caused the appearance of dozens of drinks with similar properties.

Manufacturers in advertising claim that drinks increase performance, stimulating the internal reserves of the body. For example, it is known that glucose, like other carbohydrates, is quickly absorbed into blood, turns on in oxidative processes and delivers energy (carbohydrates) to, and other vital organs. Like any stimulants, act on a simple scheme - to take a lot of energy from the body and immediately, which leads to the inevitable exhaustion of the nervous system, impaired metabolism. Sometimes advertising indicates that it is present in its pure form and is not associated as in and, with other substances mitigating its action. This application has no reason. Manufacturers can also state that the stimulating effect of the energy lasts 3-4 hours (coffee only 1-2 hours), but the references to the corresponding are not given.

Energy drinks are sometimes mixed with. Energy performs a stimulating function, while - inhibiting. The detriment of this combination lies in the ability of power engineers to disguise the effect, as a result of which a person will not be able to make his influence per calculation, relaxing control over the amount of drunk. In large doses causes natural fatigue, but the stimulating effect of energy is able to kill it. Common mixing of power engineers with vodka and other led to the emergence of pre-prepared cocktails.

There are cases of fatal outcomes from energetic drinks. For example, in February 2011, a young man died in a nightclub in a fight. The cause of death has become acute coronary failure. It was found that before that the guy drank "Energy". In 2010, in the Nizhny Novgorod region during a party in the entertainment complex, a 20-year-old young man died, who before that drank half-liter energy drink. Save the young man could not and arrived at the scene ambulance. In 2009, a party was also tragically ended in the Penza region. The 17-year-old girl died from an overdose by the energy drink, which caused hemorrhage into the liver. In July 2012, in Nizhnevartovsk died 15-year-old teenager. The official reason is not named, the preliminary - punished power engineers. According to different sources, he drank from three to six beverage jars. Moreover, the guy is not just poisoned by alcohol, but died quite a "adult" death: from myocardial infarction. Heart diseases who used to overtake people at 50-60 years, are now rapidly "younger." And the energy in this is also to blame. Kmnews.

2.2. Components

First of all, each power engineer contains caffeine and taurine. Taurine is a derivative of cysteine amino acids. One of the main components of bile, in small quantities is contained in various tissues of animals and humans, mainly in the muscular.Taurine takes part in the exchange of lipids, improves energy and metabolic processes. To Central nervous system Performs the function of the braking neurotiator, has some anticonvulsant activity. It is used as one of the components of biologically active additives, to food products, not only power engineers, but also juice, as well as animal feeds. It is part of dry dairy mixes for feeding children from 0 months. As for the caffeine, this is a common psychostimulator, contained in tea, coffee, mate, guaran, cola nuts and some other plants. Reduces the feeling of fatigue and drowsiness, increases mental performance, accelerates the pulse. The period of stimulation is replaced by fatigue requiring adequate rest. The caffeine content in power drinks ranges from 150 to 320 mg / l with a recommended upper permissible level of consumption of 150 mg per day. Also in power drinks are present: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinic acid, csodium hatch, f-ospada potassium, D-ribose, L-carnitine, gummirabik,e. guarana Class, Eginseng Candle, from orbatnary calcium Pantothenate, Folic Acid, Piridoxin, theobromin.

Also T.aurin - is drugThe synaptic transmission is inhibited, caffeine - causes caffery, increases pressure, accelerates heart activities, nicotinic acid - E-3754 - From August 1, 2008, it is excluded from the list of permitted in Russia, theobromin - poisonous, is used to treat broncho-racing diseases. The list of substances included in the energy sector includes many substances, including vitamins, but are their impact positively, if they are simultaneously in one drink?

3. Practical part

In order to see how the energy drinks affect the living organism, we conducted a number of experiments. Namely:

    Acidness check.

The interaction of energy with raw egg protein.

    Interaction with milk.

    Interaction with raw chicken meat.

The reaction to the content of carbohydrates.

Reaction to the content of dyes.

    Interaction with blood.

    Interaction with human tooth.

The reaction of plants to the strait of the energy drink.

Impact on pulse and arterial pressure of man.

Impact on the human body as a whole.

For experiments, we took water (6) (as a reference) and 5 energy drinks:

    Burn.

    Monster.

    Adrenalin Rush.

    Red Bull

    Jaguar

Experience number 1 . For experience we took 10mg 3 Each reagent and lowered the Lacmus strips in them. Then we compared the color of the indicator stripes, it turned out that all the power engineers have an acid environment (Appendix No. 1).

Experience number 2. . In 10 mg 3 protein we poured 10 mg 3 Energy drink, in all cases, except for the case with water, the protein curled. This suggests that energy drinks adversely affect proteins in our organism (Appendix No. 2).

Experience number 3. . A little milk was poured into the Petri dish, then the reagents were filled into it. In all cases, besides the case with water, the milk rolled almost immediately, it is worth noting that in the case ofAdrenalin.Rush. Milk immediately formed a substance similar to porridge, however, in the case ofBurn. Milk almost did not curl (Appendix No. 3).

Experience number 4. . In 10 mg 3 We put each reagent on a piece of meat and left for 4 days. After that, we found that the meat has acquired the color of the energy and was noticeably incisible, not absorbing the power engineer, unlike the case with water (Appendix No. 4).

Experience number 5. . For experience wereceived copper hydroxide (Cu. ( Oh.) 2 connecting copper chloride and sodium hydroxide),mixed with power engineers and heated. If carbohydrates are kept in drinks, then solutions will get orange. Looking at what is written on banks / bottles (carbohydrates:Burn.- 13.2 g,Monster.- 11.1 g,Adrenalin.Rush. - 12,5g,Redbull - 11 g,Jaguar-11.5 g), follows that more carbohydrates should be contained in the drinkBern.but having spent the reaction to carbohydrates it turned out thatAdrenalin.Rush. Carbohydrates are more than in the other drinks, although the composition speaks about the opposite. Then is it worth believing what they write on banks and bottles? (Appendix No. 5)

Experience number 6. . For this experience we are 10 mg 3 each energy threw the tablet activated coal, then boiled solutions and filtered. If the filtrate is transparent, the energy engineer contains a dye that adsorbed the coal. So it turned out, all filtrates became transparent after the experience, it means that there are dyes in them (Appendix No. 6).

Experience number 7. . A drop of blood we added a drop of energy drinks. Almost instantly blood curled (Appendix No. 7.2), it was visible and naked eye, but in order to obtain a reliable result, we used an electronic microscope. Also, for comparison, through an electronic microscope, we looked like blood coagulated in vivo (Appendix No. 7.1). The result of experience suggests that the energy drink adversely affects the body.

Experience number 8. . In 10 mg3 beverages titledJaguar, Redbull andBurn., we placed one tooth (each), they stood for two days. On a beverage toothJaguar There was a yellow flare, and darkened dentin. AfterBurn. The tooth became red, and Dentin blushed. AfterRedBull, the tooth is just yellow. Experience showed exactly how Drinks affect our teeth (Appendix No. 8).

Experience number 9. . For this experience we planted 6 pumpkin seeds (2 to the pot) and watered them with water (B), non-alcoholic energy (b) and alcoholic energy (A). 5 days after the start, it was recorded that in a pot and the mold appeared, the seeds in the pot used only began to germinate, in a pot in sprouted. After 10 days: in a pot and the mold remained (apparently the seeds died), in a pot of grains sprouted quite a little bit, in a pot in a young plant. This experience shows a detrimental effect not only to the human body, but also on the plants (Appendix No. 9).

Experience number 10. . For a specific example of the impact of energy drinks on the human body, I drank a glass of power drink. We measured my pressure and pulse to experience and after 20 minutes. After the adoption of drinks. The results are: Pulse up / after - 65/91, blood pressure before 110/63 - 144/94. This once again shows that energy drinks affect cardiovascular activity.

Experience number 11. . For this experience I had to drink a glass of power engineering. 25 minutes after the adoption of the drink, I really felt raising the mood, but it went on just a few minutes, and I did not experience any tide. And by the evening of the same day, I was very weak and the muscles on my legs and arms were even reduced before bedtime. Do these moments do so?

After the experiments performed, we showed students, what effects have energy drinks on the human body. They said that earlier did not even think about what the results of the experiments were shown (Appendix No. 10).

4. Conclusion

Thus, in an experienced way, we learned how precisely the energy drinks affect the human body, namely, nothing good they bring, despite their advertising and taste. In addition, we were able to share it with our friends and I hope that this is at least somehow affect their lives.

If you really want to increase your energy tone, then use other really high-energy substances for this that will not have a negative impact on your body, but will only benefit. Here is one recipe really high-energy drink:

    two teaspoons of honey,

a couple of squeezed lemon pieces,

    rosehip Syrup Table Spoon

    glasses of warm water

And before you a real treasury of vitamins and nutrients.
