The concept of spiritual and moral development and education of the personality of a citizen of Russia defines:

The most important goal of modern domestic education and one of the priority tasks of society and the state is the upbringing, social and pedagogical support for the formation and development of a highly moral, responsible, creative, proactive, competent citizen of Russia.
Involvement of children in creativity is the right way to form a person of high morality and culture. How can you not recall the statements of V.A. Sukhomlinsky: “Children love work, in the process of which something beautiful and unusual is created. The mind of a child is at the tip of his fingers, and the higher the skill that the hand has mastered and masters, the smarter the child, teenager, young man.
The experience of the people, the wisdom of generations - this is without which a full-fledged personality cannot be raised. You cannot know someone else's culture if you have abandoned your own. Forgetting the culture and history of our people, we thereby consign to oblivion the deep historical memory of the people. Our Center revives the study folk traditions in the classroom at the Magic Beads workshop, which I have been managing for over ten years.

The idea of \u200b\u200bcreating a workshop where children would study the old type of needlework - beadwork, came to me long ago. In September 2002, when I came to work at the Children's Art Center, my first thought was to create a workshop. So on November 15, 2002, my first pupils came to the lesson for the first time. For the lesson we had a little literature, samples of ready-made jewelry and a great desire to learn how to weave like real masters, we decided to call our workshop "Beaded Patterns".

I can say that I also studied with the children: I mastered new techniques, found more and more new materials, developed teaching methods, organized exhibitions of pupils' works, in the classroom we studied the history of national holidays. With each lesson the number of children increased, their own "masters" appeared. When planning my classes, I set the task - to expand and deepen the knowledge and understanding of students about the national culture.
In folk pedagogy, special importance has always been attached to labor education... When children learn about folk crafts, they have a desire to do something with their own hands. They are happy to learn handicrafts: grandmother and grandfather knew how, and what are we worse, or what? It has already become a good tradition to organize exhibitions: "Easter Miracle", "New Year's Fireworks", "Talent Fair" and others.


Works on the model are also interesting, i.e. using a photo of the work from the collection of the Museum of History and Local Lore or the House of Friendship, the pupil performs new job... Children get the opportunity to compare, analyze. This helps them to restore the connection between generations, to think that their works, perhaps, will be considered with the same attention by their descendants. They form a completely different attitude to study, work, life.
In the classroom in the workshop, children are actively engaged in research work, so since 2004 at the conference of the NOU "Dar" they have defended their projects: Treshchetkina Sveta, Deniskina Alyona, Taruta Anna, Tsekhanovskaya Oksana, Niyazova Albina. Golubova Anastasia and Makhonina Daria, during three years studied material on weaving in the Tarsk Irtysh region, wrote research work "The meaning of color and ornament in the belt", performed several belts using the weaving technique. Alyona Parshikova performed many works in the technique of beaded weaving, her work "The symbolism of a woven belt" received a well-deserved assessment at the regional non-governmental educational institution, and the set "Sudarushka" became the winner in the nomination of traditional material culture of the regional correspondence competition "My small homeland"(2009). Melnikova Yulia presented a creative project on the topic: "Headdress in a Russian costume" at the regional non-governmental educational institution, many of Yulia's works took part in various competitions: the international competition of artistic creativity "Guardians" - 3rd place in Moscow, the regional competition DPT "Childhood without Borders" - laureate.
Pupils of the Magic Beads workshop visit exhibitions of arts and crafts, study the works of local craftsmen, which has a beneficial effect on the development of students 'creative achievements, sustainable interest in the subject, broadens their horizons, introduces the creative heritage and forms students' personal, family and social culture.


Pupils of the workshop show their works at fairs: "Verbny Bazaar", "Maslenitsa", "Pokrovskaya Fair". For the holiday on May 9, we always give souvenirs to war and labor veterans, children actively participate in events, dedicated to the Victories - laying flowers at the eternal fire.


At the end of the year, we always sum up the results of our work for the year, at the exhibition "Children's Art" you can see real masterpieces of decorative and applied art, visitors to the exhibition leave their comments.


Every year in October, our Center hosts an autumn folklore festival "At the autumn gates - we collect a round dance", where children get acquainted with the traditions of different nationalities of our region, we always carefully prepare for this event: we draw a newspaper with the name of our association, make outfits, prepare an issue amateur performances, an exhibition of arts and crafts.
In our children's association, it is never boring, we hold the holidays: "Naum - a literate", "Kuzminki", "Holiday of the Russian headscarf", "Maslenitsa", "Easter - a holiday of all holidays" and others, and many holidays we end with tea at a common table. Acquaintance with the traditional culture of the Russian peasant, reflected in the national calendar, follows the path of preparation and living of the most important national holidays. Work experience shows that children fully master the folk culture only practically, by maximally activating their activities. All this contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for the formation of motivations in children for learning, for creativity, for professional self-determination.
Five years later, many became graduates not only at school, but also in our workshop: Niyazova Albina, Tsekhanovskaya Oksana, Seredoy Olesya, Treshchetkina Sveta are now studying at the Omsk State Pedagogical University in Tara, Taruta Anna, Deniskina Alyona, Kozlovskaya Maria, Drach Tatyana, Rarich Vika is students of Omsk universities.
In 2010, our children's association began to work on the basis of school №2. A lot of girls who are keen on beading gather in our cozy office. Despite their young age of 7-12 years, the girls became diploma winners and laureates in many exhibitions and competitions of arts and crafts: "Theatrical stained-glass windows", "Tale of fairy tales", "Family-ark of salvation", "Transfiguration" and many others.
10 years is our first anniversary. Our workshop is full of ideas, talents, and most importantly - our children: funny, perky, smart and, of course, with golden hands!
